Code reading on the top right corner.

There's computer code (or so it seems) running in a loop on the top right hand corner of my phone. Any suggestions on how this happened and/or how to make it go away?

It's probably a Developer Option that you turned on at some point. Go to Settings>Developer Options, and see if any of them are checked on.
