com.android.settings keeps stopping.

SO as the title says, I can't get to the list of apps. It crashes every time and all my search results says to clear the cache of the settings app but I can't do that. I did get a whole bunch of google related apps updated this morning so I'm wondering if that could be it. Going to try a system restore but wondering if there is any other ideas. Help is appreciated.

Also this only happens when I try to open the apps list. All the other settings work just fine. It's also weird that the last couple days I was getting com.android.phone stopping many times a day. Today it's like it switched to this new one.

Does this happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-32496

Also, did you disable any system apps in the Settings>Apps​ menu?

Just tried the safe mode and it still crashes. I must have disabled something to cause this because I did a factory reset and it was working for a while until I was setting things back up. I wish I can remember what all I disables but I can't see the list. Guess it's another reset and leave it alone.
