com.google.process.gapps has stopped

Whenever I turn on my phone, a popup which says "Unfortunately, the process com.google.process.gapps has stopped." appears and then my phone restarts.

I have no idea what to do.. help please

I've tried resetting it but it always restarts before i could.

To solve this issue (Samsung Note 2) follow me:

Settings > Application manager > All > Downloads

Click and change the status from Disable to Enable, then your issue will be solved
