com.motorola.home crash issue

Was wanting to see if this was just me or a real problem. I go to apps > options > search and boom! Com.motorola.home barfs. Can anyone else reproduce this?

This is an issue with Google Search. If you uninstall the updates to Google Search, the problem disappears. Unfortunately then you get prompted repeatedly to update Google Search through the Play Store.

I'll toss this one over the wall to Moto.

IMHO if they're going to run their software like that, then they should at least ensure it is able to function OK with Google Search.

In short: Moto - you insist on doing it and having this much control therefore you deal with whatever issues come up. Otherwise I would lay this one fully at Google's doorstep.

I absolutely agree with MOTO being on the hook for this one. Someone in the testing department dropped the ball big time on this basic function.
