I'm coming from an iPhone and there is really only one thing that I miss about it. Let's say I am in the Craigslist app and reading a listing. If I press on the phone number I get a window with the option to email or text that number.

When I press the number in android it brings up the dialer with no option to text. I have to cut and paste.

Is there something I'm missing like a setting or an app that I can install to get that feature??

My Rezound is allowing the "Tap" and link to email in Craigslist but you might want to read this article as the I-Idiots is playing games but HTC will soon have a fix (I'm using the default setting for the browser).

Yeah, you can "share" a number in the browser or e-mail by longpress, and the share menu does have an option for SMS.

The catch is that the number has to be continuous (no dashes)...if it has dashes it will "select" just the numbers between dashes.

I haven't tried to text a number in my browser. I was more trying to do it in the Craigslist app when replying to an add.

I got a PM from someone saying that Apple has apparently filed a suit to prevent other companies from using their "invention".

Another reason I'm glad I got an Android phone!!
