Coming from Verizon HTC One....g2 not registered yet?

Had to switch to at&t so couldn't pass on this beast for $1! Thought I could pull down 4.4.2 out of box....says phone not registered. What am I missing? Still only 4.2.2?

Odd, mine came in the mail and was on 4.4.2 and running fine, missing SIM card at all?

Nope...got it to work but had to do a factory reset. Really odd!!
