Coming over from jailbroken iPhone

hi all. i'm a new android user! i bought the tmo g1 last night and so far it's pretty nice. it's hard to top a jailbroken iphone though. however, i had to switch because i felt i was wasting my money paying for the tmo unlimited data and not taking advantage of the 3g. i'm happy with the g1 and i hope there'll be as much to keep me busy on here as i was on the iphone.

i do have a question though. i set my browser to autofit the pages, but they still don't fit on screen. i still have to scroll side to side, even when visiting this site. what's the deal? am i missing something?

i think it auto fits the text.... noit the whole site.

I still have to scroll around too, but when reading a forum, all the text is automatically scaled to fit the screen.

I did try Opera but that sucks in comparison to the default browser.
