Some iPhone users suddenly not receiving text messages sent from my Samsung

After I installed Google Messages and turned on RCS (with the option to send as text if it can't send as RCS), Person A, who downloaded the update to her iPhone, was able to see my message, but Person B couldn't see it.

Then I sent a message to both of them in a group chat, and neither could see it. Then I sent it to Person A alone, and she got it (but not the group chat).

I turned off RCS and sent another message to Person A. She hasn't replied, so she probably didn't receive it.

Update: I searched all over for answers - this and Verizon, T-Mobile, and Apple forums, talked to Verizon both on the phone and in-person, had my SIM card switched out. Nothing seemed to make a difference. Then one day, all of a sudden, the two iPhone users with whom I had been communicating the most on this problem received my texts, even group texts. I've been holding off posting saying the problem is resolved because I don't want to jinx it!

That's great maybe after trying a few things out it worked its way out

Did anyone find out exactly what the issue with this is? I had a S20 Ultra and the exact same issue happened to me about 3 weeks ago. I almost all of my group texts that have apple users as well, I am receiving their texts and they are not receiving my replies or my reactions. While this was all happening, I received a new Samsung S25 Ultra and it is behaving the same way.

When my group responses stopped going through my text were always SMS/MMS.

So I turned on RCS to see if that helped or not. I also turned on the toggle that used MMS when RCS wasn't available for the chat.

I have again turned off RCS completely to see if that helps.

Since that I have tried turning it on and off and experimenting but to no luck so far.

I have also tried:

1) being deleted and readded to from group chat that couldn't receive my texts

2) clearing cache and force stopping Google Messages

3) clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling Google messages

4) switching to Samsung messages as default messaging app and trying to text (and still my texts didn't go through to the group chats that they weren't going to before)

5) oh ya of course shutting off my phone and restarting it.

Nothing has worked. Does anyone have any new suggestions, advice, or knowledge about this issue?
