Coming to the Note family

Some of my SOT shots for my Note 9. Took it off the charger fully charged at like 9 or 10 am. The next day around the same time, I still had 20% battery left. Now thats more like it!

Not bad at all ,probably get little better still learning your usage pattern.

Well its definitely better than when I had the S10 and without even really doing much to conserve battery. I should also probably do a factory reset since I got like 3 or 4 months worth of updates as well.

So.. bit of an update... I think I figured out something in regards to why I have such bad battery issues. I work in a hospital in the basement area where I don't have great service since I have T-Mobile. I am connected to Wifi generally, but I go in and out of coolers/freezers a lot where there is no connection it all, so I think that in part was draining my battery a bit searching for a signal. I have now made a practice of turning my data off during certain times of the day as well as just keeping my phone turned off at certain times. When I had the V30 though for some reason was never an issue. Not sure why.

So far, I haven't had too much of a problem with my note 9. using it all day for the most part regardless of what I do it seems I have 20-30% at the end of the day. Little bit better it seems if I turn it to 1080 resolution.

Another curious thing for me.. Is it possible to put certain settings in your quick toggle menu or in edge apps like data on and off or certain things like that?

Small update... Still using this phone. It is bittersweet finally returning to Samsung as the last Sammy device I had was the S5 and that was in 2017. Since then I have been an LG guy. It has passed my return period with my carrier and I have been using it from day one with zero issues and everything on it for the most part has worked flawlessly. Battery life is amazing. Granted for the most part, I keep the phone to 1080 resolution and almost full brightness, just below the red. But it normally gets me through the entire day and then some. I find a lot of the time at the end of the day I will have 30% battery left when I go to bed.

One thing that is a bit of a downside as coming from someone who as tried both the S10/S10e... the speakers though good are a bit weak compared to the S10 line. Definitely not as loud.

I also see that about 2 weeks later after I signed up to purchase/finance this device for 750 + 50 dollars down.... They reduced the price to 650/0 down. Grrr. Still worth it though.
