Command Cancelled?

Every so often, my phone will randomly state "Command Cancelled". This is without me knowingly invoking any command. Any ideas?

Happens to me also. It thinks you said 'OK Google now', so it woke up waiting for a command.

I am having the exact same issue... and am absolutely certain that I have not said those magic words... I was typing with no other sounds in the room.

This has happened since I got the phone two weeks ago.

My phone has been saying this about 4 or 5 times a day for 4 months or more. I cannot find a single reason for it. I've stopped using Google because of this, but it makes no difference!
