SAMSUNG NOTE 4:
Brighter Screen (even brighter if you use 'Auto' in sunlight apparently) and 'Auto' brightness has a manual preference starting point which is a nice touch.
Multi Window
Swappable Battery
Micro SD Card - up to 128 GB
Fingerprint scanner
S-Pen
Ultra power save mode
Swipe to unlock
Virtual Reality accessories (VR written into the kernel, so will be very responsive apparently.)
Infrared - Is that useful?
Touchwiz
NEXUS 6
Front Stereo Speakers
Got 5.0 Lollipop now and will get earlier updates from Google ('Lollipop' for Note 4 maybe in December), also will update in future years when Note 4 probably won't.
Voice Commands from Standby - Though I read the Note 4 can be set up for this too but maybe with more cost to battery life?
Active Display - Notifications on Standby like Moto X?
Tap to Start ? - It seems not.
Wireless Charging (Add-on wireless charging cover is available for Note 4)
No Touchwiz.
No bloat.
Advance replacement warranty via Motorola (assuming warranty policy is like their other smartphones) vs sending it in (Note 4)
BOTH
Good Screens - Similar size given that Samsung uses separate buttons
Fast Charging
Optical Image Stabilisation
These are some of the main differences I've read so far. Anything major to add I can edit in?
