Comparison video between Note 3 and 4

How much faster is the transfer speed from 2.0 to 3.0 USB? Samsung thinks it is not worth it to keep the 3.0 USB and switched back the 2.0 with faster charging, which the majority of the user will find more useful than 3.0 USB transfer speed.

So for those of you that transfer large files regularly, you will be stuck with the Note 3 and Galaxy S5 if that is an important deal breaker feature to you. I will be moving on from the Note 3 to Note 4 and will not be looking back.:p

From tech aspect, USB 3.0 is 10x faster than USB 2.0! From my own experience during those heavy files transferring, it's really super fast & save me lots of time!

Samsung is just plain lazy (cutting costs too??), hence going backward to USB 2.0. They can easily incorporate both USB 3.0 & fast charging together. Since USB 3.0 is backward compatible to USB 2.0 so everyone wins, right?

USB 3.0 was never going to make it in the phone world. It is just to big and goofy. USB 3.1 type C will be with us next summer. My money is on the S6 being the first phone with it. If that is a must have for you wait until that gets here.
