Compass unstable

I just bought 2pcs Note 10+.

The compass is very unstable on both, it always jumps 5 to 10 degrees fast form side to side. Even after calibration.

Samsung says it can happen to a mobile phone that has so many features.

I think that's not a good enough reason on a mobile phone that costs so much. all other mobiles I have had have worked this well.
My girlfriend has note 9 and it does not have this problem

Does anyone else have this problem?

Is this with a case on or a case off?

Compass is extremely stable on my Note 10 plus.

Do you have a case with a magnetic in it? If so, that can be a big problem. I have a S6 tablet and the Samsung case makes the compass useless.
Remove the case and it is just like my Note 10+, Perfect.

Happens with and without case. And I use the original view-case.

I've tried it out in the wild as well to eliminate anything that affects it.
Both phones behave this way all the time.
But not ny girlfriends Note 9 it is perfectly stable.

I added a GIF that shows how it behaves. have tested with multiple apps and the built-in. so it's not the app's fault
