complete action using

i have a GS4 when i used to open a web page and then click on a video it used to come up with complete action using download or video player but now it doesnt i have done a factory reset and gone into app manager but still nothing can anybody please help

Go into settings/apps/the app you want to reset default settings/reset defaults.

Now it should ask again. You make it stop asking by hitting the "always" tab, instead of the "once" option.

I am having the same issue and no defaults are set. I think this issue started when I upgraded to JB 4.3 (Note 2).
