configure email POP3

[AC Question]

Hi,

I would like to configure my emai in MANUEL SETUP to acces 'Delete email from server'

When I write my email and my password I just use MANUEL SETUP until this point it is OK

I choose POP3 account..... done

Now I'm comming on the page with all detail for 'Incoming server settings'

Email adress... OK done

Username.... I read on EE website that you have to

yourname.orangehome.co.uk
yourname.wanadoo.co.uk
yourname.freeserve.co.uk
yourname.fsnet.co.uk
yourname.fsbusiness.co.uk
yourname.fslife.co.uk
yourname.fsworld.co.uk

First question ....which one I have to use???
second question what does it mean 'your name'...... first name? surname? username of 'my EE'? I try many but I don't know.

then

I write my password.... I suppose it is the passeword of my adress email

now POP3 Server: pop.orangehome.co.uk

Security type : NONE..... Do I have to choose something else? What SSL? SSL Accept all certificate? TLS? TLS accept all certificates?

PORT : 110 Like it is write on EE website

and I choose Never for my option 'Delete email from server'

And NEXT.....
Ckecking............................
And i can read: ''Unable to connect to email server to verify your account information, No response from server''

So please could you help me?

Your name means your ee username I believe. As for what extension to use from that list, you use the one that was given to you. For security type, try using "Accept all certificates"
