So I am pissed off; my account says it has a past-due balance, but I can upgrade over the computer ? So the guy says there is no way around it unti the balance is payed, but what do I pay for what I didn't do!? So now I am just getting an Incredible because I have to buy online (THE X WAS LITERALLY IN BOX RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME) & the Incredible's ship date is earlier than the X; but if I don't like the Incredible, I might exchange it for the Droid X after a while. :/ I drove an hour to buy a phone that I never got.

I don't know if you've heard but the X (if ordered online) is shipping much faster than the date the website shows. Some have even reported getting it like 2 days after they ordered. Oh well, too late now I guess.
