Connected to internet message

Not too long ago I started getting the bubble message "connected to inrenet ". As I am typing this it just popped up,rather annoying. I could be browsing for 1/2 hour and in that time it will pop up 5 or so times. Any idea why?,like I said,it just recently started . Obviously there is a connection because I am browsing,I'm not dropping service than 're establishing it,I have full connection and still get this message. Any clues?
