Connected via bluetooth to my infiniti Q50 awful sound quality

Before the update my sound quality was awesome in my brand new car and still is on my daughter's I phone but when I connect with my g4 note horrible robotic cracking sounds and fixed for this didn't have this issue till Mt g4 updated

Is it sound quality for the music? If so, then I agree with B.Diddy, turn off any equalizer settings in the phone.

Try deleting the Bluetooth pair and then repair. Word of caution tho, in doing so on my Infiniti, I had to reprogram my stored contacts in my cars phone book (not my phones).
