Hi guys I've just picked up an s2 8" tablet and wanted to know if I can hook it up to a tv via a wire. If so what would I need please

Thanks

use the samsung HDMI adapter, it works fine, just ensure you get the most up to date and compliant one as they are not all the same in tersm of pins.

I was told that this tablet wasn't MHL compatible but looking on samsungs website it is.

Any idea how many pins this table is?

Is there a good way to do it wirelessly? For a non Smart TV? Maybe through a device like a Roku or something? Thanks.

Actually it seems to work fine with my Roku. Over the weekend I connected the screen sharing right up to it and messed around a bit and experienced no issues

Hi guys. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 WiFi and I want to connect it to a projector that has VGA input port only. Could you please suggest a specific product? Tnx.

I have a Galaxy Tab S2 (SM-T815NZWENEE ) which I am trying to connect it to a TV with an HDMI cable.
I have the ET-H10FAUWESTA (original Samsung) MicroUSB - HDMI adapter and when I plug in a HDMI-VGA adapter, I can display screen through a projector.
As soon as I plug in a HDMI cable instead of the VGA adaptor and connected it to a TV there was no picture.
I looked at Chromecast or other wifi dependent methods is not an option
Any ideas?
