Connecting to Costa wifi

Hi

Whilst I can connect to several wifi hotspots I seem unable to connect to the O2 Wifi hotspot in Costa. The device settings say I'm connected, however any site I try to access say's I''m not. I have registerd via my moblie phone but that doesn't help. Has anyone else had problems connecting in Costa please?

Some Costa branches need you to get a printed passkey when you order which you then need to key in when you connect and open your browser.
