Connection failed- note 4& gear 2 neo
I have purchased the Galaxy Gear 2 Neo and i works really great, except i cannot access my S Voice. I constently get an "connection Failed" message. i tried doing a master reset on my PHONE and the Gear and still nothing. I have taken them both too best buy and contacted samsung directly and still they are unable to diagnose the issue. Samsung had even tapped into my phone and looked for themselves and still cannot find anything. Also when i open the "gear manager" app i am unable to click on the S voice settings in "my apps" i do not understand fully what is going on, and im usually pretty good with troubleshooting issues. but im at a standstill. ( also... i tried connecting an alternate Gear 2 neo to my Note 4 and the same thing has happened, so i know its not my watch) some assistance would be appreciated. Once issue is fixed i would have not one issue with the Gear 2 neo.
