Connection issue?

Is anyone having problems connecting to the market? Mine keeps saying error 90% of the time :/

reboot or try settings>apps>manage apps>market>clear data or clear cache it might help just my opinion.

Thanks, I actually for some reason, didn't even think about that, lol. Hopefully it'll be running smoothly again
 
hmmm weird idk what u shuld do ill see if i can find a solution

I think I figured it out...
Handcent seemed to be the problem, once I uninstalled it, the H+ faint arrows finally came back

These were some of the permissions, which I suppose made sense?

System tools:
change network connectivity,
prevent device from sleeping,
modify global system settings,
disable keylock,
retrieve running applications

I'll see how it goes for the next couple days, hopefully the problem has been fixed
 
I've had my Atrix since day 1, and anytime I open the market it says network error at first, too. But pressing "retry" once usually loads it up immediately; it's only one extra push, so I don't mind it, I just ignore it. Sometimes I do have to press it retry again though because the error reoccurs. Again, I don't mind much though. Is this different from the problem you're referring to?
 
Actually that's exactly the problem, it NEVER happened to me until recently. It takes about 10 retries for me to get it to load on the market. It's extremely annoying. And I usually don't use my SMS as much as I use What's App or KiK and I get my msgs late due to the connection. I'm thinking about calling att and getting a replacement. Ugh

oh wow never even think of that good work man!!!! im still having issues with my media player not playing the entire songs still dont know why...

10 retries? Man, that does suck. :( No wonder you're upset. I would be too. I will admit, evvvvery now & then (pretty rarely) it takes maybe 3-5 retries for me, too. But I think the only time mine's ever taken like 10 or so tries was when I was in a place with incredibly bad service (kept switching from 1 bar to 0 service and back again several times), so I assumed it was due to the bad area.

Generally, one retry button loads the market up immediately for me about 90% of the time. Every now and then, 2 retry buttons are required. And super rarely it'll take 3-5 or so. However, never does the market load up on the first try, unless I have already previously opened it and it's still running, no matter what, it seems.

Since your problem is much worse, hopefully your replacement will act more like mine does, or better yet, rid you of the issue entirely. :)
 
I have the same problem on my atrix and xoom, sometimes have to reload it to make it all work properly.
