Connection Issues with my Verizon Samsung S6

I have a Verizon Samsung S6 that will connect to the WiFi at my house, then disconnect. It'll go through this little routine and I can't seem to stay connected. All the other electronic devices in my house stay connected just fine, so there's no problem with the WiFi itself. I've tried wiping the cache, turning on safe mode, I've even done a factory reset. Please help!
 
change the wifi password on your router
if still doesn't work change the wifi security to wpa/wpa2
then reboot the router
also forget the wifi network on your phone then connect again
