Connection problem

So first of all I get no Lte, I'm in LA I've always gotten it before. When I put it on CDMA/LTE the reception bar get a red X above it and then it goes back up to full bars, and this happens every 2 minutes or so. I've tried updating PRL and Profile and it puts it back to global for some reason, I'm just stuck on CDMA only with 3G. Any help would be appreciated
