considering Rooting CDMA Hero

I'm on the fence about rooting my Hero I'm trying to figure out if there is a Rom that is fully functional (exp: camera, and all the normal stuff, high firmware than 1.5 looking for a 2.0 or higher) is there such a Rom out?

I was going to suggest the same ones. They're so similar to stock that I didn't even notice a difference other than the ability to WiFi tether. ...They also give you additional capabilities, but you have to know how to access them.

I would recommend the overclocked version, event though I didn't specifically try that one out myself - I use a different overclocked ROM now.

ditto on etnpnys/beezy, i use icedhoneybun.friend, and its fantastic. soooooo much smoother than stock, but u cant even tell its a modified rom other than a MUCH better keyboard....
