Am I the only one who keeps getting loading screens that last for 15-20 seconds every half hour or so?

It has become really annoying, anytime i am using an App like Youtube or Facebook, if i click the home screen i get a loading screen that doesnt allow me to do anything for the 15-20 seconds.

You have a glitchy phone bring to sprint and swap it out

That is a huge jump to a conclusion without enough data. He is describing Sense reloads.

It would make sense to first turn off fast boot and reboot. If that doesn't fix it, wipe the phone to factory defaults and see if it was caused by apps or settings. Use it a while with stock apps and no settings changes. If THAT doesn't fix it, then take it to a Sprint store. But some Sense reloads appear to be "normal" with this phone.

Never heard of this, will this stop the constant loading screens? Is it easy to familiarize oneself with Nova? I am really used to the new Sense

It stopped my loading screens. It is extremely easy to get used to. The only thing that changes is your app drawer and home screen. Everything else is still sense. I love it and it has made my phone much quicker. Better multitasking too.

+1. This fixed the problem for me without having to install a new launcher.

I ran the recent update and my loading screens are worse now.

You might have installed some not-so-great apps that are staying resident and tying up resources. Welcome to computers (since that is what smartphones are).

You will likely have to start uninstalling suspect apps one-by-one, and rebooting after each to see is one of them was contributing to the issues. Or, wipe the phone back to factory defaults and then carefully add on a few apps a day, checking performance after each.

thanks guys. I still would like to know how to turn off "Fast boot" like someone else mentioned

It looks to be better now. Snappy and no more sense reloading.
