Constant Sync

Ok why is my 3D constantly on Sync, icon just stay on the top bar. I shut everything from Auto Sync but still showing on the bar.

Did you sign into HTC hub or the Watch app? Mine was doing the same thing, I deleted my account for the Watch app and it went away.
