Recently I have run into an annoying issue of Youtube constantly buffering and stuttering lately. Normally, I could switch on to WiFi and it would stop. This has not solved the problem though. Everything else on the phone is running fine. Since it doesnt it all over the 3 network connections I use, I would have to assume its something with Youtube.

Anyone else notice anything like this lately? I am on a factory unlocked device on T-Mobile.

Have you already tried clearing the app cache/data for YouTube and then force stopping it?

No. Not entirely sure how to do this.

So you were on mobile data then switch to wifi and still issue

Correct. And for some reason, it only happens at night. Weird right? I was able to listen to a video on youtube on the way to work this morning without any buffering or interruptions. Doesn't make any sense..

To clear the app cache/data, go to the phone's system settings, then Apps, then select YouTube, then Storage. There should be a Clear Data and Clear Cache button at the bottom.

Can try reset network in settings

reproduce and report to samsung/Google.
for samsung, use samsung members app > get help > error report.
samsung also shares the issue to google if it's issue from Google's end.
