Contact editing problem.... help please

I have not upgraded to GB! For some reason now I can no longer edit my contacts. If I hit the menu button it just rolls back to all my contacts. Now I can add a contact but once there in there I cannot edit them. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how can I fix the problem?

I am still on Froyo & I don't have that problem. When I am looking at a contact and hit Menu, I can edit the info. Are you on stock Froyo or running a custom ROM?

Same here. I assume you have tried rebooting & a hard reset (powering down & pulling the battery for a bit)?

Are you rooted with any system apps frozen or deleted? Do you have any 3rd party apps that could be conflicting with a native app (like a dialer or contacts app)?
