Contact Photo Issue..

With the Xoom only days away from release, I wonder if Google is planning on fixing that bug where contact photos are downsized whenever you synchronize contacts with GMail. If you don't know what I'm talking about - Let's say you put a high quality photo as a contact on your android phone and then synchronize with GMail. GMail will downsize the photo and then upon the next synch, will send it to your phone (it will be pixelated when enlarged for caller id or other things..). With the Xoom having a large screen, I can't imagine what it's going ot look like there.
