contact photo

I have added alot of photos to my contacts and they look fine at first.
Afterwards (not sure how long after) the photo looks like a PIP (picture in picture).
It is like a blurry version of the photo with a clear copy of the photo centered but smaller.

Any thoughts ?

Maybe a picture would help show the issue I am having and maybe get some help

I think it has something to do with the size of the original picture. A few of my contacts look like yours but the rest of them fill the contact area with one focused picture. Not one unfocused in the background and one small focused in the foreground. try uploading a larger size contact photo.
