Contact photos when receiving calls

I recently purchased a Note 5 my old device was a Note 2. Is it possible to get contact photos when receiving calls on the Note 5 as I did with my Note 2? If so I have not been able to get it to work..

Yes. From gallery. That's how I got mine, if you have photos in cloud you can click on the photo in cloud and download it.. Then click on it to set contact

From contacts app I select the contact, I click on the camera icon, I choose gallery, I select picture, I click on save, picture appears in contact BUT picture and contact name does not appear when call is received. I must be missing a step somewhere?

Well I got it to work. I really can't say with any certainty how! But I re-installed the contact photos and after that it started to work?
