My girl friend Epic 4g is a week old and her contact pics are not showing on incoming or outgoing calls also when Texting. They are showing in her contacts normal. Please help .

Ok i have no idea what the problem could be but lets take a stab..

First does she have any 3rd party launcher? does she have anything set to video ringtones? anything other 3rd party apps that may conflict with incoming calls?
