New to Android, moving over from Windows Mobile, so not familiar with all of the settings.
I am setting profile pictures for my contacts, and they stay fine for a couple of hours. However, out of the blue, the profile pictures all get erased. I don't know why this is happening and I think it must be a setting.
The contacts are all from my Outlook account. I installed the Outlook app, and the contacts appeared in my phone contact list. I never imported them from anywhere.
Help is appreciated, as this is becoming frustrating.
