Contact "Company" and "Job Title" fields on ringer screen

Hi,

I posted a question in another forum but thought it might be a good idea to put this in the S6 forum... I'm wondering if it's possible to display a stored contact's "Company" and "Job Title" fields on the ringer screen, like this example:

Oddly this example image is supposed to be from an S7, but I can't find ANY option to turn this on in my S6. Currently my call screen just shows the contact's name, like this:

I would accept a third party ringer app provided it is 100% ad-free. Paying for such an app is fine. I'm aware I can put additional information in the "name" fields, however this isn't an acceptable solution in my case as our Google contacts are read by software other than my phone, and doing so would cause problems over there.
