Contact Ringtones keep changing

Not sure if anyone has had this issue, but i will set a contact specific ringtone and then all of a sudden it changes back to default. What the heck is up with that??

Any ideas? I ran a search and couldnt find anything.

Have you changed the ROM or anything on the device since you set the ringtones to be the custom ones??
