I had 6 months of problems with a Skyrocket. At first I was talking to AT&T on the phone, each time the person would have me reinvent the wheel with a battery pull, looking at settings, resetting phone. Phone was swapped out for same phone twice. Next I started going to my local store and swapping sim cards and they tried there best to see how they could help. After about 6 months the manager himself was on the phone in front of me trying to do his best to swap out the phone for me. At first they refused and then their only offer was they would swap it for several old non LTE phones. The manager tried and all my contact and trips to store were some what documented (I would ask at least). I was so disgusted told them I was going to take our family plan of 5 lines (our bills are $300/month) elsewhere and they didn't care. The manager got off the phone just shaking his head and ended up letting me do an early upgrade on one of our lines. My local store was very helpful but it appeared (at least in my case) that AT&T would not swap it out for anything at my level or above.
