Contacts lists a buiness by its last name - not first name?

So I understand why Contacts arranges a person by last name first, since that's far easier to find in your Contacts list. But if I want to add a business contact, like Joe's Sporting Goods, it lists it under "Goods" - not "Joe's," where I would want to find it. Is there a way to have Contacts list businesses by their first name and not last?

Change the contact name to Sporting Goods Joe's. That's the only way it will work the way you want it to.

It just seems like I'm being forced to do it in a way that will work - not the way it should be done. In any event, I just put a dash between each work to make it work. A half-a**ed solution, but I have no choice.
