Contacts lost all of my microsoft exchange contacts

On my S7, after the last update, most or all of my Microsoft Exchange contacts are missing from my Android contacts. Outlook is still listed in the accounts settings for contacts and it indicates that it synced recently. The contacts are visible in the Outlook app contacts but not in the Android contacts.

On the contacts app, is the Exchange account selected as Contacts to View? Have you tried removing and re-adding the Exchange account (or at least de-selecting contacts from that account and then re-adding them)?
