contacts showing 3 times

I think my contacts are showing from my Hotmail, gmail and from the phone. All contacts are coming up 3 times. Is there a way to show contacts from only 1 of these services please?

Upper left corner you can choose which phone book.

You can also 'link' the contacts which basically combines the information from all three. There should be an option to show you suggestions for contacts to link.
