Hi. I have an Lg Aristo 2 and when someone whos number isnt on my contact list it comes up with their name. Pic attached of what im talking about.

Any time you see anything other than a phone number where you expect to see a phone number, remember one annoying fact - anyone (with the right equipment) can put anything into their caller ID. It's called caller ID spoofing. It's why people hundreds of miles from yo can call you showing a local number asking for your vote (or trying to sell you something).

It's annoying, but they call it progress.
