Contemplating a special offer; How is your Note8 ?

I was just perusing our business plan for upgrades and the Note8 showed up as a free upgrade, I immediately put it in my cart but then thought I'd quickly check the community. I know I could do a little research but didn't want to miss out in case it's one of those one hour deals that come along every once in a while on our plan. So I'm just wondering if there's any downside to picking one up today, sounds like they're holding up pretty well?

We have the same type plan at work for our company phones thur Verizon, we get special deals and sometimes there is a couple of higher end phones for either free or $100. Usually the free or cheap, cheap meaning $50 or free, are almost always older iPhones like iPhone 6 or SE, MOTO Droid, Samsung galaxy s7. Never seen a Note of any model on the list, I'm still using my LG V20 for a work phone, due for an upgrade in a couple of months, I would definitely jump on the Note 8, even for $200. Still waiting for the new list to come out.
