I like to read the android forums looking for new tablet apps. Also, app aware isn't too bad.

I typically get tips on apps from my Google+ and FlipBoard feeds, and from some of my more adventurous friends.

I seem to have developed a routine when it comes to finding new apps - I use Google currents, following a few sites, Android Central is first, then I move on through the rest, interesting stories and links usually take me into forums to find out more. This seems to be how I find most of my new apps. Finally, having two Tegra 3 devices, I use Tegra Zone to find any T3 enhanced games to show off to people at work. >_<

I've discovered a large number of apps from various forums, mostly coming from Android Central forums. :)

For me it is mostly reviews on sites like Android Central and 'best apps of last 2 weeks' like sets.

I sometimes just browse for apps randomly in GPS or Amazon, but more often I'll find myself involved in something and think "hey I wonder if there is an app for this." So I kind of identify a need then go looking for the app. Usually what happens, is my issue is so common, there'll be too many apps to choose from or so uncommon that nothing exists in which case it ends with "there should be an app for that" or "man if I knew how to write apps, I'd make a million with this one."
Hey wouldn't that make an interesting thread...Member's specific needs for an app.

First the saturday app review on AC, then on google play, friends and family, and AC forums. Didnt know about this app, looking forward to winning. Thanks AC

Reading forums like Android Central and XDA. I also read the Editor App Picks here on AC.

I wait until I think of something I need then look for it. It is always there. I also use currents to follow android central amongst other sites to get desperate for games.

I find most of my apps via technology blogs such as AndroidCentral, from friends and also just looking through the Google Play app market on occasion.
