Here's my first post in this community although I've been following the website and forums for a while:

I used to be an Apple fan (purchased the 1st iPhone on launch day), then as I wasn't happy with product quality and needed a more reliable handset I moved to Blackberry with the Bold 9700. It was the best phone I ever had. RIM has been struggling for a while now and the future of the much anticipated BB10 (and the company in general) is unknown so I've started getting familiar with Android in the past 4 months and I'm loving it. The community is non-fanatical, friendly, open, vibrant and reliable.

After BB10 (BBX at that time) was announced I sold my Blackberry Bold 9700 and started to use my super old Sony Ericsson K750 phone (it's so old it's not even a smart-phone). Then the BB10 was postponed to the end of 2012 and I got stuck with my K750. Losing hope in Blackberry, I began considering Android. I did my homework and decided on Samsung Galaxy S3. Reading rumors got me super psyched about this phone and I was impatiently waiting for it to launch. A few days after the launch though, the Next Nexus phones launching in Q4 2012 got me thinking, I waited so long, what's another 4 or so months. So I decided I'd wait for Google to drop the Next Nexus phones.

Sorry about this getting so long, I just thought explaining my situation would help my chances. Oh and the fact that never in my life have I ever won a contest (of the sort), giveaway or anything free really. I hope Google Nexus 7 would be my first, it would be a great surprise, specially matching it with my Next Nexus phone...
