continuous heart rate monitor

Hi, looking for suggestions how to set up continuous heart rate monitor for my cardio workouts on the moto 360? Certain app?

There are several threads where users are asking for this. Some have to do with uploading heart rate to phone, others with a display of heart rate. Doesn't seem to be a good answer. An app maker, Watchmaker---available on Google Play Store, said they were working on a watch face that will give you the option to display heart rate and steps while looking at the watch face. No date announced.
