Yes, Youtube is available as one of the supported multi-window apps . There are only a certain amount of apps that are available to utilize this feature but there is a tool found here that supposedly give you the option of adding your own apps. It is extremely risky as with most mods and I don't know if it works on the Sprint Note 2 as I have not tried it myself.

Just came across a flashable zip found here that Viperboy created a while back which gives you the ability to multi task with all apps.
