Continuous scrolling on home screen/app drawer?

I don't think so, unless you use a different launcher. I think someone said nova will let you, but then again, your setting up a new launcher.

I like the feature but Verizon hasn't allowed this before so I've never had it to miss it lol.

It was removed from TouchWiz beginning with the S6. People were asking for a trimmed TouchWiz and Samsung went a little crazy on removing some useful and unique features, but again, what for me (and obvious you) are useful features, apparently they weren't for others. So no matter what Samsung do, there will never be a way to please everybody.

Only way to get that back is like it was mentioned above, via another launcher, I'm using Nova prime and haven't missed it a bit.

When I got my Samsung S6 edge, I got tired of trying to crop or resize wallpapers so they would fit on one screen. One of the reasons why I switched to Nova Prime Launcher. I also prefer the vertical scrolling app drawer. Much faster than the horizontal scrolling app drawer. There are plenty of other reasons for using a third party launcher (such as being able to use 3rd party icon packs), but if you really want the scrolling wallpaper there is no other option available.

i like touchwiz but i also have nova prime, i havent tried it on the note 5 yet.
