Control Copy & Control Paste question

I desperately need and miss the "Control Copy" and "Control Paste" features from Windows. I know they are not available in that form in my Nexus 10.
I also miss my mouse.
I am considering adding a Bluetooth mouse and a Bluetooth keyboard, thinking that this might at least simplify text selecting.

This brings me to the following questions:

1. Can my Nexus 10 Bluetooth support both keyboard and mouse simultaneously?
2. If the answer is "No", is there a Bluetooth keyboard with a built in USB port to plug a mouse into?
3. Could someone reccomend which keyboard and mouse products would work best?
4. Since my N10 is not rooted, is there an app that works reliably to provide "copy and paste functions" of short text from most browsers and apps?

All answers and suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

Have a look at the app Clipper, (optional) on the notification bar, it can show the clipboard + its history.

Did not find an app called "app Clipper" but found "Clipper Clipboard" could that be the one?
