Is it possible to control spotify (next track, previous track) on an android wear device?
I know you can start it by using the "run spotify" command but can you also control the tracks? Preferably by swiping?

According to their support page, that's about the only things you can do (swiping to change tracks).

Thanks. Thats basically the only thing I am interested in.
I mainly use 1 or 2 playlists depending on what i am doing (commuting, running) so swiping to change track is more than enough :)

You can do that yes, same with Poweramp

That's how I control on my Moto 360

I read this doesn't give you song info or album art. Is it true? I wish it did hehe

Tha't's awesome! I read on the forums that it couldn't, it's nice to see it actually does! And you either have small wrists compared to the guys on AC or this thing is H U G E.

Ha its really not that big at all, probably the camera angle

Maybe, 'cause my brain can't stop thinking about putting a medium pizza in there and still have room for side orders haha

I really wish they had some at BestBuy to display and try on.

Get Music Boss from the play store. It allows better control and does volume as well.

Hi there is a android wear app out there to control spotify from wearable. Search for wearspotify on google play.

As of 5-8-15 the moto 360 works great with Spotify. You can see track and artist like mentioned above. You can pause, skip, go back and raise and lower the volume.
