Controlling lgg4 with external touchscreen monitor

Is it possible to use LGG4 as computer providing signal to touchscreen external monitor that would allow improved resolution and scaling of info from LGG4 displayed on monitor along with allowing monitor touchscreen to control LGG4?

No, the resolution is what the phone is generating. Displaying that on a higher resolution monitor won't give you a higher resolution picture, it'll give you the same resolution with doubled (or tripled or ...) pixels. And a delay, since you'll have 2 apps between the G4 and the "external monitor" (a computer of some sort).
